On a hot day, another cool place to visit is Father Travassos Splash Park<\/a> located on Alden Street in the Flint neighborhood.<\/strong><\/p>\n

It’s a great place to freshen up, and perhaps have a picnic. Forgot to pack a lunch? Here\u2019s a quick eat nearby: Sam\u2019s Bakery<\/a> – serving savory Lebanese fare.<\/p>\n

Then there\u2019s Lafayette Park<\/a> <\/strong>where ten acres of property await children who want to scream and run around after being cooped up in the car for hours. There\u2019s also a pool for a quick dip, and a great opportunity for the kids to make new Fall River friends.<\/p>\n
