Pink Bean owners have branched out into a tasty new business. Here’s what’s next.

SOMERSET — The owners of a favorite local coffee stop have gone from Mojo makers to bakers.

While the Pink Bean has been their bread and butter, Bonnie and Sandy Souza have recently added another venture to the mix.

The Souzas, who run Somerset’s Pink Bean as well as Pink Bean Express in Fall River, are building on their recipe for success with the purchase of New England Muffin Co. last month.
