FALL RIVER — Take your taste buds on a tour. Fall River Restaurant Week is back, and it’s time once again to sample all the deliciousness the city has to offer.
From Caribbean to Lebanese to Southern barbecue to gluten-free fare, you’ll find a plate to please any palate. And according to Patti Rego, executive director of Viva Fall River, this year promises to be bigger and better than the last.
Rego said she and her Viva team are pouring their efforts into Restaurant Week with the hopes that “this can reverberate throughout the year and people can start to see Fall River as what I like to call the culinary capital of the SouthCoast.”
“I’m gonna see if I can get that to stick,” she joked.
