Tew’s Company (2nd Rhode Island Regiment) happily present “The Bristol expedition,” August 17-18, 2024 at Coggeshall Farm in Bristol, RI. This will be a weekend-long living history program focused on Rhode Island in 1778 during the British Occupation of the Colony/State. The event will be interpreting the life of Troops and Followers on campaign during the American Revolution. The weekend will include multiple tactical demonstrations, lectures, a fashion show, artillery demonstrations, and domestic life during the American Revolution era.
