Beer Can Museum: Pop-Up Museum & Talk

Just in time for Octoberfest, join us for a visit with Kevin Logan, proprietor of the Beer Can Museum in East Taunton! He will bring a traveling pop-up version of his unique museum, featured in Chronicle and Travel & Leisure. The Beer Can Museum is an amazing collection of more than 5,000 different beer cans, dating back to the 1930s, when beer was first sold in cans, to beer from other countries and local microbreweries. He will talk about the history of beer, the evolution of different can designs, and how he got started collecting. All are welcome for this fun, free event!

Help Save the Kitties with Jason at Stumpy’s Hatchet House

What is Jason doing at Stumpy's Hatchet House? Has he exchanged his machete for a hatchet? Yes he has! All to help save the stray kitties in our community. He will be posing for pics with anyone aged 10+ who drops a donation (starting at $10) into the bucket for MobyKit Cat Rescue. The wonderful team from the Rescue will have a table of raffle items to add even more AXEcitement to the night & Stumpy's will be donating 5% of its sales to the help the strays get off the streets. A box for dropping any supplies you can donate will be available too! Not hip on hurling hatchets? You don't have to come in to throw to support this wonderful and important cause. You just need to be 10 or older to come snap a pic with Jason, buy a raffle ticket and drop your donations off. Wanting to throw your support and hurl a hatchet that night? Must be 18 in order to do so. BYOB for guests 21+
