While they may include a combination of practice such as gentle, accessible movement for any body (in a chair is an option), mudra, meditation, journaling, and/or breathing practices, the primary practice and greater part of the time every week will be the spent in yoga nidra.  Please bring a mat, 2 blankets, a pillow and a journal/notebook and pen to each class.You will get the most out of this series coming to the full series; however, each class can stand on its own as a full practice and you are welcomed to come to any or all.
