Battleship Bites & Historic Sites

Battleship Cove 5 Water Street, Fall River

Join us at Battleship Cove for exploration of our historic ships and lunch on board the USS Massachusetts.  Ticket includes a hot lunch of your choice of hamburger, hot dog, cheeseburger, veggie burger or grilled cheese. Lunches include French fries and a drink.  Lunch is served from 11:00- 1:30 pm. Exploration of the ships is available from 9:00 am- 4:00 pm.  **Advanced ticket purchase required. **Please arrive no later than 1:00 pm to ensure you have plenty of time to have lunch.  All ticket purchases are final and non refundable. Tickets cannot be transferred to another date if you are no longer able to attend.

Chess Club

Play a game of chess at the library! Chess players at all levels are invited to stop by on Saturday afternoons. Bring your own chess board and pieces, or we have some available at the desk.

The Greater Fall River Art Association has Kids Art workshops taught by Mr. Ernie. For kids ages 6-9 years old we have Saturday morning and Sunday morning options. For kids aged 10-12 years old we have one Saturday morning workshop. Sign up your little ones and watch them grow in art fundamentals! Maximum of 8 kids per session.
