Vibrational Healing Sound Bath

It involves the use of different tools and instruments (i.e. singing bowls) to unblock chakras and promote a healthy flow of energy. Vibrational sound healing works at the cellular level, activating the body’s natural healing powers and inducing a meditative state. Research has shown that sound healing can treat a variety of mental and physical issues, including addiction, anxiety, depression, high blood pressure, chronic pain, and more. It is also known to increase mental focus, boost immunity, and elevate people’s auras. Please bring a mat, pillows, blankets, or whatever you need to lay comfortably on the floor. If you have an antigravity chair you can bring it as well.

Yarn Crafting For A Cause

Do you like to knit or crochet? Come join a group of fellow crafters in a good cause. On Thursday afternoons, we will meet in the Fell Room for a group yarn-crafting project. We will knit hats, scarves, and mittens to be donated to homeless shelters or other charities. All yarn will be supplied. You can bring your own needles and patterns (we will have some extras around if you forget). It's a great way to make friends, share patterns and tips, and help people in the community stay warm this coming winter.
