Vibrational Healing Sound Bath

Sisters Of Solace - Holistic Healing Center 700 American Legion Hwy (Rte177), Westport, Massachusetts, United States

Nothing is more underrated and impactful than vibrational sound therapy. Not only does it promote relaxation, it also helps to align the mind, body, and spirit. This healing modality has been around for thousands of years. Vibrational sound therapy is a therapeutic technique that uses sounds and frequencies to enhance a person’s physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. It involves the use of different tools and instruments (i.e. singing bowls) to unblock chakras and promote a healthy flow of energy. Vibrational sound healing works at the cellular level, activating the body’s natural healing powers and inducing a meditative state. Research has shown that sound healing can treat a variety of mental and physical issues, including addiction, anxiety, depression, high blood pressure, chronic pain, and more. It is also known to increase mental focus, boost immunity, and elevate people’s auras. Please bring a mat, pillows, blankets, or whatever you need to lay comfortably on the floor. If you have an antigravity chair you can bring it as well.
