Chakra Balancing Sound Bath

Sisters Of Solace - Holistic Healing Center 700 American Legion Hwy (Rte177), Westport, Massachusetts, United States

A Chakra Sound Bath is a therapeutic sound healing practice that focuses on balancing and activating each of the seven chakras. This is achieved through the use of a range of instruments, including crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and more, that produce sound frequencies that resonate with each of the chakras. How does a Chakra Sound Bath work? During a Chakra Sound Bath, participants lie down comfortably and allow the sound waves to wash over them. The instruments used in the sound bath create a soundscape that resonates with each of the chakras, promoting balance and harmony. As you relax into the soundscape, you will be guided through a meditation that focuses on each of the chakras in turn. This will help you to release any energetic blockages and promote a sense of inner peace. PLEASE BRING PILLOWS, BLANKETS, MAT, WHATEVER YOU NEED TO BE COMFORTABLELAYING ON THE FLOOR. Since 1991, the group has enthralled listeners with a singular sound that fearlessly crisscrosses genres. Comprised of Bert Lams, Tom Griesgraber and Paul Richards, the group has established a unique, personal connection with audiences. In addition to dazzling musicianship and interplay, The California Guitar Trio’s (CGT) shows are full of captivating stories and humor that enable concertgoers to feel like they’re part of the music, not just spectators. In fact, the group’s CGT’s 21 albums, streamed over 115 million times on Pandora, Spotify, Apple Music and Amazon Music, offer diverse snapshots of the group’s mercurial muse. The trio’s latest album “Live In Scottsdale – On Tour With King Crimson” is a recording of the final opening set from the 2021 tour with the legendary King Crimson and features the new CGT 2.0 line up with Tom Griesgraber on Chapman Stick. […]
