The main purpose of the Reiki share is to give and receive Reiki in a casual atmosphere of friendship, honor, positive energy and devotion. Basically one person at a time gets on the table while the others all pass Reiki to that one person, then the messages and then it is on to the next person until everyone has received Reiki.
