Family Yoga Fridays

Preschoolers and their caregivers will be guided through a fun and thoughtful yoga class with books, songs, and simple yoga flows. Breathe and stretch together! This class is suitable for any adult wishing to join their little ones and can be adapted for chair yoga.
Who: Ideal for Caregivers with their children (2-5 years old)
*If you have an older sibling that would like to attend with their younger sibling, that can be arranged. Please email stewartd@westport-ma.gov if you have that request. Thank you.
Place: Town Hall Annex Gym, 856 Main Rd., Westport, MA
Dates: Fridays, 1/24-2/28 (6 weeks)
Time: 11:30am-12:15pm
Fee for total 6 week program:
$30 for Caregiver Resident/$35 for Caregiver Non-Resident
$50 for 1st Child Resident/$55 for 1st Child Non-Resident
$30 for 2nd Child Resident/$35 for 2nd Child Non-Resident
(No charge for siblings under 1 year of age)
