Chakra 101 is the perfect class for any beginners looking to learn all about what Chakras are and how they work!
We will be learning:
The basics – what, where, how
Techniques on how to find any blocked or unbalanced Chakra
How each Chakra relates to one-an-other
History of the Chakras
How to use this information for healing work and meditation
How to awaken your Kundalini energy
Class will be $40 per person and everyone will leave with a folder of material to take with them and help connect and study the Chakras. Please plan for class to run at least an hour and a half to two hours.
