FALL RIVER — Gromada Plaza across from Government Center overlooking Interstate 195 is about to embark on a six-week journey to entice visitors to engage themselves in some serious, arts and culture-oriented fun downtown.
Billed as Winterbridge, the Friday night and Saturday morning initiative originally slated for Feb. 12 kicks this Friday from 3 to 6 p.m. with an appearance by representatives of the Children’s Museum of Greater Fall River and the Fall River Public Library offering grab-and-go crafts.
